About:

The East Public Health Center provides access to preventive health services & information. Public Health Nurse home visits with emphasis on communicable disease control and maternal child health particularly for high-risk families and individuals.

We also provide a daily immunization clinic for children and adults who do not have health insurance or whose health insurance does not cover vaccinations, Medi-Cal participants ages 0-18, Alaskan Native or American Indian ages 0-18, and persons 6 month and older in need of influenza (flu) vaccine regardless of health coverage. We do not provide travel related immunizations. For an appointment, please call 619-401-3995 or for self-service please schedule an on-line appointment.
