COVID-19 Laboratory Test Positivity

Find number of molecular COVID-19 tests, including percent positive. 

  • Molecular tests are PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and other nucleic acid amplication tests (NAAT) that detect RNA from the virus.
  • Data includes molecular tests performed by the County of San Diego Public Health Laboratory, hospital, and commercial laboratories; and reported through Electronic Laboratory Reporting and line lists.
