Due to a change in the law on September 1, 2024, you may be entitled to change your monthly child support amount.  This can be done by a written agreement that is filed with the court or through the court hearing process.  You may contact your assigned DCSS case manager, use this link Customer Connect, or visit the Family Law Facilitator’s Office to review your child support order based on the new law.  Please be aware that this review may result in an increase or decrease to your child support order amount.
