About:

The County Operations Center (COC) houses the following HHSA departments:

• Public Administrator, Public Guardian & Public Conservator (Headquarters)

• Aging & Independence Services (AIS) Administration and In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS).

• Office of Military and Veterans Affairs (Headquarters)

The COC also provides non-HHSA related County services while housing a variety of administrative offices.
