The County of San Diego has Sexual Health Clinics located throughout the region and currently provides STI-related services at our South, Central, and North Coastal Public Health Centers. Our Sexual Health Clinics provide testing, diagnosis, and treatment for STIs, HIV testing and linkage to care, and hepatitis A, hepatitis B, human papillomavirus (HPV), and mpox vaccines. Education and assistance with HIV post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) are also available. For more information about services provided and preparing for your visit, see our STD Clinical Services and Fees page.
Clinic Visit Information
- All County Sexual Health clinics are walk-in clinics and do not schedule appointments in advance. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Each clinic registers as many patients as the clinic can accommodate and stops accepting patients when capacity for the day is reached. We encourage you to arrive as early in the day as possible as clinics can reach patient capacity quickly.
- If you are visiting a clinic for an
immunization only, please arrive at least 1.5 hours (1
hour and 30 minutes) before closing.
