Business Assurance & Compliance (BAC) provides consultancy, training, and risk management services for departments throughout the Health and Human Service Agency (HHSA). BAC collaborates with agency partners to promote compliance with privacy and information security policies, adherence to ethical standards, quality assurance of provided services, and procedural efficiency of HHSA programs. BAC coordinates training and education seminars, proactively addresses risk concerns, and investigates claims of fraud, waste, and abuse.
