Cal-Learn

Cal-Learn was designed as a strategy for reducing teen pregnancy rates and long-term welfare dependency for teen parents receiving CalWORKs. Cal-Learn helps pregnant and parenting teens attend and graduate from high school or its equivalent, obtain health and social services and receive payments for childcare, transportation and educational expenses to enable pregnant/parenting teens to attend school.  Cal-Learn case management is provided to pregnant and parenting teens at various school and community locations throughout the County of San Diego.
