PROPERTY ASSESSED CLEAN ENERGY (Opportunity for Solar Energy Financing)
As authorized under California law, the County of San Diego currently participates in five different programs that allow for the financing of energy efficient projects, water efficiency projects and renewable energy upgrades that can be repaid through annual property tax bills.
