Watershed Rebates
These programs are funded by the County of San Diego Watershed Protection Program, who works to prevent pollutants from entering our waterways.
The Waterscape Rebate Program focuses on the installation of landscaping and water-wise features, which help you save water, save money, and beautify your home and garden. Rebates are available for residents and businesses living in the unincorporated areas of San Diego County.
The Septic Rebate Program strives to educate septic system owners in unincorporated County communities on proper septic system maintenance, preventing and identifying system failures, and the impact of septic systems on regional water quality. Participants can receive a $100 rebate check for watching an educational video and having their septic system pumped.
