County attorneys are frequently called upon to address constitutional issues, including issues involving freedom of speech and religion, right to privacy, and procedural and substantive due process. Litigation attorneys appear at all levels in the state and federal court systems. Advisory attorneys actively assist in reviewing, interpreting, and drafting state legislation, and testifying before various political tribunals. Our attorneys are also active in local, regional, and statewide organizations, and are often called upon to lecture on current legal issues and teach trial advocacy.
