Know the Code Training

A monthly micro-learning to raise awareness about ethics and compliance risks. We use a multi-pronged approach to layer messaging through articles, posters and flyers, videos, and other activities to give scalable training for individuals or groups. 

Ethics & Compliance Ambassador (ECA) Program

Ethics and compliance ambassadors serve as a liasons and subject matter experts to support awareness and compliance within their departments. 

Conflict Resolution Services

Professional conflict resolution services for County employees experiencing issues in the workplace. County employees may contact their human resources resprestative to request this service.
