What We Do

The Campo Water Maintenance District (District) is governed by the County Board of Supervisors.  Operation and overall administration of the District is delegated to the Wastewater Management (WWM) section of the Department of Public Works. The Director of Public Works provides general oversight, planning and direction; and WWM staff perform day-to-day operational activities and administration.

The District issues a variety of water service permits to residential and commercial customers; conducts plan checks for water related projects; provides management and engineering services for capital improvement and major maintenance projects; and provides budget administration, billing, and general record keeping associated with District administration.
