The Governor’s
Executive Order B-40-17, issued on April 7, 2017 lifted the
previously declared statewide drought emergency in all California
counties except Fresno, Kings, Tulare and Tuolumne. While the
executive order has been lifted, the County Service Area No. 137
strongly supports and encourages continued water conservation by all
of its customers. The links below include useful information and water
