Consumer Confidence Report

The Safe Drinking Water Act requires all public water providers, including the County Service Area No. 137 - Live Oak Springs Water System (CSA No. 137), to provide an annual water quality report to its customers.  The Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is sent annually to customers of CSA No. 137, and it summarizes information about the water system and how it complies with regulations.  The CCR includes information on source water, levels of any detected contaminants, compliance with drinking water regulations (including monitoring requirements), and educational information. Information contained in the CCR covers an entire calendar year.  They are prepared by Department of Public Works, approved by the regulatory agencies and distributed to customers by June 30^th of the following year.
