Water System Description

The County Service Area CSA No. 137 - Live Oak Springs Water System serves approximately 300 people in the unincorporated community of Boulevard, located in southeast San Diego county. The water system is classified as Treated Community Public Water System (System ID 3700922); under the authority of County of San Diego, Department of Environmental Health and Quality. The water system includes 90 residential connections and 2 commercial connections. The system consists of approximately two miles of buried water mains, one groundwater well and pump, three 20,000-gallon water storage tanks, and various pumps and appurtenances. CLICK TO MAP HERE.
