The County Service Area No. 137 - Live Oak Springs Water System (CSA No. 137) operates under two primary ordinances (laws) adopted by the Board of Supervisors that are available for download below.

Ordiance No. 9678

Ordinance No. 9678 establishes tems and conditions for the use of water facilities.

Ordinance No. 10693

Ordinance No. 10693 establishes fees and charges for the Provision of Water Service by County Service Area No. 137 (Live Oak Springs Water System).

Backflow Test Application

 

Backflow prevention assemblies must be tested at least annually and immediately after installation, relocation or repair per Ordinance 9678.  The Backflow Test Application is available for download. Testing of backflow prevention assemblies must be performed by personnel that are certified by American Water Works Association (AWWA), American Backflow Prevention Association (ABPA), and American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE).
