The Building Better Roads Working Group (BBR) was established as a collaborative effort between pavement management stakeholders including  local agencies, private industry and trade associations to identify innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable pavement preservation solutions. The BBR is comprised of individuals with extensive knowledge, experience and ideas that meet regularly to identify solutions to current industry challenges including sustainability, cost increases  and more. The group shares this knowledge through Guidance Documents, training workshops and pilot study reports.
