Working Group meetings are conducted every four months and include updates on subcommittee progress, updates from AGC and CalAPA, as well as a key presentation on a technical subject applicable to the group.

Two subcommittees ( Sustainability and Innovation) meet on an as-needed basis to review progress, collaborate, exchange ideas, and determine next steps to achieve their goals.
