About:
The South Region Live Well Center at National City provides services to the community from various county programs. Below are the services offered:
- Aging & Independence Services: Provides services to older adults, people with disabilities and their family members, to help keep clients safely in their homes, promote healthy and vital living, and publicize positive contributions made by older adults and persons with disabilities.
- Department of Child Support Services: Delivers family-centered services by collaborating with 35,000 South County parents to establish and enforce court orders for financial support to support the long-term well-being of their children. For more information, please call: 866-901-3212.
- Family Resource Center (FRC) at South Region Live Well Center at National City: Provides self-sufficiency services and eligibility determinations for State and County funded programs like CalWORKs, CalFresh and Medi-Cal.
- IHSS Public Authority: Performs other functions related to the administration of IHSS.
- South Region (National City) OMVA Military & Veterans Resource Center (MVRC): Provides professional support services to Military, Veterans, survivors, and departments. Support services range from transition assistance, employment/career services, healthcare, legal, family and community services, and benefits consulting through non-profit Veterans support organizations and accredited County Veterans Services representatives.
