Exclusion and Debarment Verification

HHSA contractors (and sub-contractors) must not be, and must not have, an employee working on a contract, who is listed on the General Services Administration (GSA) Excluded Parties Listing or the Office of Inspector General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities or California Department of Health Care Services List of Suspended or Ineligible Providers.

Any contractor or contractor employee who appears on either the GSA or OIG lists is prohibited from working in any HHSA funded program or interacting with any HHSA clients. The lists may be checked through the links below.
