East Otay Mesa Business Park Specific Plan
The East Otay Mesa Specific Plan sets forth a comprehensive vision for approximately 3,013 acres of land within the unincorporated San Diego County. The Specific Plan was established by the Board of Supervisors in 1994 and last amended in 2021. The Specific Plan is a regulatory document that establishes standards for development, environmental conservation, and public facilities to implement the objectives of the County of San Diego General Plan and Otay Mesa Subregional Plan.
