Building Division Average Wait Times

The charts below show the average wait times for each weekday.  This information is presented to help you decide the best time to visit the Building Division.

These charts are posted weekly and represent averages generated from the preceding four weeks of customer activity at the department's building counter.  Real time lobby wait times are also available on our web site here.

The County's Permit Center is open on weekdays except holidays from 8 to 11:45 A.M. and then from 12:30 to 4 P.M.  All counters close for lunch from 11:45 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
