Code Compliance Administrative Citation Appeal Form

To appeal an Administrative Citation please complete the form below and click Submit when complete. Alternatively, you can also click this LINK to print out a copy and submit two (2) sets of documentation and evidence such as photos, documents, testimony, etc., and send it via US mail or email to PDS.CodeCompliance@sdcounty.ca.gov.

A request to appeal an Administrative Citation must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the notice was served and the Citation fee must be paid in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the notice was served as well.

If this request is not received in a timely manner, you have waived your right to contest these issues. You will be notified of the time, date, and location of the hearing by first-class mail.
