County of San Diego Independent Redistricting Commission Meetings
The agendas for the County of San Diego Independent Redistricting Commission meetings are officially posted at the County Administration Center, 1600 Pacific Highway, at the South Entrance, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Brown Act (Government Code Sections 54950-54963). How to Participate
The Independent Redistricting Commission meetings are held at the County Administration Center, 1600 Pacific Highway, Third Floor, Room 302, San Diego, CA 92101, unless otherwise noted on the agenda.
To request to speak at the meeting virtually, please complete the online request to speak form. Speaker slips will be available in the meeting room as well. Completing the form prior to the start of the meeting is helpful for planning purposes. Requests to speak submitted during the meeting will be honored. Additionally, to view a summary of all external communications with Commissioners, please view the Communications & Ex Parte Log.
ASSISTANCE FOR THE DISABLED:
Agendas and records are available in alternative formats upon request. Contact the Clerk’s office at (619) 531-5434 (voice) or (619) 531-4803 (TTY) with questions or to request a disability-related accommodation. Assistive Listening Devices (ALD’s) are available from the Clerk of the Board in Room 402 prior to the meeting and are to be returned at the end of the meeting. Individuals requiring sign language interpreters should contact the Countywide ADA Title II Coordinator at (619) 531-4908. To the extent reasonably possible, requests for accommodation or assistance should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting so that arrangements may be made.
SPECIAL NEEDS/GROUPS:
TRANSLATION OF AGENDAS AND MEETINGS:
To request translation of meeting agendas in additional languages, individuals should call (619) 409-3003 or email redistricting@sdcounty.ca.gov. Translated materials in additional languages will be provided upon request only, as soon as reasonably possible.
To request live language interpretation of IRC meetings, individuals should call (619) 409-3003 or send email to redistricting@sdcounty.ca.gov at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
