CARE Partnership Group
The mission of the CARE Partnership is to bring consumers, providers, and community members together to plan services, collaborate on resources, empower women, youth, children, and families living with HIV/AIDS to educate the community, and advocate for public policy.
The CARE Partnership is a joint committee with the Ryan White Program Part D that is not formally affiliated as a committee under the HIV Planning Group.
How to Attend:
3rd Monday of the month from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
