Telephone Immunization Survey
The County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency's Immunization Unit conducts periodic telephone immunization surveys. Interviewers make phone calls to randomly selected phone numbers to assess immunization coverage rates as well as knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs about vaccines among San Diego County residents. Information provided by participants is kept confidential.
This survey provides valuable data to determine what percentage of infants, children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and pregnant women living in San Diego County are fully immunized. The information collected helps us do a better job of protecting all San Diego County residents from vaccine preventable diseases.
