There are many ways to stay up-to-date on your vaccines. You can ask your doctor, pharmacist, or community health center. If you do not have a healthcare provider, contact 2-1-1.

Eligibility
Who can get immunizations at County Public Health Centers:
- Children and adults who do not have health insurance.
- Children and adults whose health insurance does not include vaccines.
- Persons 0-18 years who are Alaskan Native or American Indian.
- Persons 0-18 years who have Medi-Cal or are Medi-Cal eligible.
- Persons 6 months and older in need of influenza (flu) vaccine regardless of health coverage.
If your insurance covers vaccines, you cannot get immunizations at County Public Health Centers. It does not matter if you have co-pays or deductibles.
Vaccines Available
- COVID-19 vaccine
- Influenza (flu) vaccine is available each year during flu season.
- Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) immunization is available for some infants and young children (aged 6 months to 4 years).
Routine Childhood Vaccines:
- Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (DTaP/Tdap)
- Haemophilus Influenzae Type b (Hib)
- Hepatitis A (Hep A)
- Hepatitis B (Hep B)
- Human Papilloma virus (HPV)
- Pneumococcal Diseases (PCV15, PCV20, PPSV23)
- Polio (IPV)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Meningococcal Conjugate (MenACWY)
- Meningococcal B (MenB)
- Rotavirus (RV)
- Varicella (VAR)
Routine Adult Vaccines:
- Hepatitis A (Hep A)
- Hepatitis B (Hep B)

- County Public Health Centers do not provide the vaccines needed for travel.

- If you, or someone you know, is homebound and would like to get
the COVID-19 and/or flu vaccine(s) at home, contact the Homebound
Vaccine Program:

ready:
- Name (First, Last),
- Date of Birth,
- Address,
- Schedule Preferences (Date and Time),
- If you are requesting COVID-19 and/or flu vaccine
- This service is available at no-cost for San Diego County residents who have difficulty leaving their home. This includes needing the help of another person, or medical equipment, to leave their home.
- Members of your household may also get a vaccine at the time of appointment.

- Flu vaccine events include one-day or temporary locations providing no-cost flu shots in the community for everyone 6 months and older.
- Information about flu vaccination events will be shared as they become available.
