Building Division Interactive Permit Applications

Introduction

The links below lead to interactive PDF versions of applications for building permits for projects in the unincorporated areas of the County of San Diego.  Please follow the instructions provided for each application type.  The printed forms can then be brought to the County Permit Center for processing.

Building Permit Application - Form PDS 291

Instructions: Please complete at minimum all the required fields outlined in red and then print double-sided on standard white 8.5 x 11 paper.  No wet signatures are required for submittal, but will be required prior to permit issuance.

Grading Permit Application - Form PDS 352

Instructions: Please complete at minimum all the required fields outlined in red and then print double-sided on standard white 8.5 x 11 paper.  The property owner's dated wet signature must be affixed in sections 9 and 10 in order to submit the application.  Please note that the application cannot be submitted without the owner's signatures.

Mobile Home Park/Site Permit Application - Form PDS 292

Instructions: Please complete at minimum all the required fields outlined in red and then print double-sided on standard white 8.5 x 11 paper.  This is a two-page application.  The mobile home park manager's wet dated signature is required in section 1 in order to submit the application.  Other signatures will be required prior to issuance.  Please note that the application cannot be submitted without the park manager's dated signature.
