Alternatively, you can also click this LINK to print out a copy and submit two (2) sets of documentation and evidence such as photos, documents, testimony, etc., and send it via US mail or email to PDS.CodeCompliance@sdcounty.ca.gov.

A request to appeal a Notice of Intent to Record a Notice of Violation must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the notice was served.

ONLY THE FOLLOWING ISSUES ARE SUBJECT TO APPEAL:

1) Whether the violation exists and is a violation of the County Code or applicable States Codes.

2) Whether the Director afforded the responsible person due process by adhering to the notification procedures set forth in SDCCRO Section 18.303.

If this request is not received in a timely manner, you have waived your right to contest these issues. You will be notified of the time, date, and location of the hearing by first-class mail.
