Ridgeway Drive Major Grading Plan

The project is a major grading plan for the future development of a multi-family residential project. The project involves the excavation of 2,700 cubic yards, a fill of 14,300 cubic yards and import of 9,800 cubic yards of materials. The site is developed with existing single family dwelling unit that will be removed. The project site would require a formal annexation process with the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to annex a small portion (approximately 16,552 square feet) of the project site to the SDCSD (San Diego County Sanitation District) Spring Valley service area for the provision of wastewater service. Access will be provided by a driveway connecting to Ridgeway Drive.

Comments on the proposed findings and associated analysis must be received no later than September 11, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. (a 32-day public review period).
