Allowances for Tenant-Furnished Utilities and Other Services - The Housing Authority of the County of San Diego’s Utility Allowance (UA) schedule will be updated effective March 1, 2024. The new UA schedule published on that date will be used for any annual recertifications processed on or after March 2, 2024 and for any new leases and transfers effective March 2, 2024 and after. 

Energy Efficiency Utility Allowance Schedule – The Housing Authority of the County of San Diego has established an Energy Efficiency UA that is effective as of March 7, 2024. Affordable housing developers with energy efficient buildings may be able to use the Energy Efficiency UA to reflect the lower utility costs at energy efficient developments.
