Application Process
Depending on the project, federal money may be available for your community. Residents and non-profit entities working in the unincorporated area of the county may propose projects for CDBG funding that benefit low- and moderate-income persons and align with the County's Consolidated Plan. The Community Development Block Grant Application for Fiscal Year 2025-26 period is open from September 30 – November 27, 2024.

The Application Process
- Applications are available each year in the late summer and are typically due in the fall.
- The following spring, grants are presented to the County Board of Supervisors for their consideration.
