Our goal is to help families find safe, affordable housing and to work with property owners to increase the supply of quality, economical places to live.
We are the County of San Diego Housing and Community Development Services (HCDS) and we also serve as the Housing Authority for the County.
Our services include assisting low-income people and increasing the amount of safe, affordable housing within our County.
