SB 341 Compliance Report

In compliance with SB341, a status update has been prepared regarding two housing successor agency assets of the former County of San Diego Redevelopment Agency and four housing successor agency assets of the Santee Community Development Commission (CDC), the former redevelopment agency of the City of Santee. County of San Diego

Housing and Community Development Services (HCDS) serves as the Housing Successor Agency for the former County of San Diego Redevelopment Agency. It administers the assets and associated responsibilities for the housing assets funded with redevelopment funds.

Our Housing Authority of the County of San Diego (HACSD) serves as the Housing Successor for the Santee Community Development Commission. HACSD administers housing assets and associated responsibilities transferred by the City of Santee from the former Santee Community Development Commission.
