Demographic Information Survey

As a current member of a County of San Diego board, commission, or committee, we are looking for your assistance in completing a survey regarding your demographic information. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors department is collecting demographic information to assess the diversity of appointees compared to the demographics of County residents or to the populations they serve. Your responses will be retained confidentially and will be summarized in a report to the Board of Supervisors. Please complete the survey by August 1, 2022.
