Board of Supervisors Document Search

The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is responsible for maintaining the official records of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. The Clerk has established an online database of official Board records back to 1877.

Documents that are searchable include Board agenda indexes, Minute Orders, Statements of Proceedings/Minutes, Board Letters (a report to the Board from staff or another elected official seeking Board direction), Board Letter supporting documents, and archived microfilm. Please note that the search results are limited to the first 1500 records. Use the “keyword” field to narrow down your search results.
