Description:

Opportunity to develop and operate Affordable Housing on County-owned property via a long-term ground lease. The site is approximately 1.82 acres and located at 3177 Ocean View Boulevard (Property) in the City of San Diego (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 545-611-36 (1.12 acres), 545-621-22 (0.39 acres) and 545-532-18 (0.31 acres)). The Property is located in the Logan Heights Area between Interstate 5 and Interstate 15 in an in-fill setting with existing infrastructure in place. Incorporation of a Health Care Facility into the development is required, in partnership with a high quality, experienced Health Care Partner/Service Provider.
