Code Compliance officers are available by appointment only and should be scheduled at least 24-hours in advance.  You may also contact your Code Compliance Officer directly to request an appointment.   They are field staff and spend most of their day in the field investigating and responding to complaints.  However, you don’t need an appointment to file a request for investigation; you may call our office or file your request by using the information and links below.

Project Issue Resolution Meetings

Project Issue Resolution (PIR) Meetings meetings provide property owners an opportunity to resolve certain issues related to their Code Compliance cases, not previously resolved to their satisfaction by Code Compliance staff. Thoes issues will be considered by senior County management in the PIR Meeting. This meeting is not a formal appeal hearing for an Administrative Citation, Civil Penalties, Notice of Violation, or a Public Nuisances Abatement.
