COMPREHENSIVE UPDATE OF THE GENERAL PLAN; CERTIFICATION OF FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT; AN ORDINANCE CHANGING ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE RELATED TO CONSERVATION SUBDIVISIONS; AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, RESOURCE PROTECTION ORDINANCE, AND GROUNDWATER ORDINANCE RELATED TO THE GENERAL PLAN UPDATE (DISTRICT: ALL)
The Board of Supervisors initiated hearings on the General Plan Update on October 20, which were continued to Nov. 10, Dec. 8, Feb. 9, and Mar.16 following the nine hearings that were held by the San Diego County Planning Commission from Nov. 6, 2009 through August 20, 2010. On December 8, 2010 the Board of Supervisors continued the General Plan Update to February 9, 2010 and asked that the following information be prepared in response to general issues and Property Specific Requests raised during the first three Board of Supervisors Hearings.
