This will ensure the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is aware you wish to speak on that item.

Additional languages identified as languages with a Substantial Number of Limited English-Speaking Persons in the County (currently defined as Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, Persian (incl. Farsi, Dari), Somali, Spanish, Tagalog (incl. **Non-Agenda Public Communication: This is an opportunity for members of the public to speak to the Board on any subject matter within the Board’s jurisdiction, but not an item on the agenda. Request to speak under Non-Agenda Public Communication must be submited prior to the scheduled opening time of the session. The first five callers will be heard at the beginning of the session. All remaining callers will be heard at the conclusion of the session. Each speaker will be allowed two minutes to speak. (Refer to Rule 4 of the Board's Rules of Procedure.)
