Human Resources Services Division
The Human Resources Services Division is committed to providing and retaining a skilled, competent, and diverse workforce for County Departments so that they deliver superior service to the residents and visitors to the County of San Diego. This is accomplished through recruitment and selection activities, such as, posting of employment opportunities and developing evaluation tools that identify the best candidates for positions throughout County Departments.
The Human Resources Services Division is also responsible for maintaining the County's Classification/Compensation System in a way that promotes fairness and equality for all County employees.
