Honarvar Major Grading Plan

The project consists of a Major Grading Plan for a residential pad and horse paddock. Grading consists of an excavation of 38,500 cubic yards (cy), 35,500 cy of fill, and 3,000 cy of export of materials. The site is subject to the Semi-Rural Regional Category and Semi-Rural Residential (SR-2) General Plan Land Use Designation. The Zoning Use Regulation for the site is Rural Residential (RR). Access will be provided by a private driveway connecting to Via De Las Flores. The property is adjacent to Aliso Canyon Road and Dia de Las Flores in the San Dieguito Community Planning Area.

Comments on the proposed findings and associated analysis must be received no later than August 12, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (a 53-day public review period).
