Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA): | County of San Diego, Housing and Community Development (HCD) 3989 Ruffin Road, San Diego, CA 92123 Toll free: (877) 478-5478, or (858) 694-4801 Program provides rent subsidies/vouchers for up to 130 consumers. Applicants are placed on a waiting list and preference is given to extremely-low-income households with at least one family member having an AIDS diagnosis. Medical and income eligibility are verified when applicants are pulled from the waiting list. |
