Substance Use Disorder Services provides a variety of residential and non-residential treatment services. All services are provided via contract with local service providers.  All facilities are wheelchair accessible.

The following is a list of detoxification or "detox" treatment sites throughout the County, grouped by geographic location:

All programs listed in this site receive funding by contract with the County of San Diego Substance Use Disorder Services to provide prevention, treatment, recovery and or ancillary services. Except as restricted by State licensing regulations, services are provided without discrimination on the basis of age, sex, race, disability, or ability to pay. Client fees are waived for drug Medi-Cal eligible persons participating in Medi-Cal certified services.
