The County offers employees a choice of medical plans because your health is important. The following medical plans are available:

• UnitedHealthcare/UMR Select Plus PPO

High Deductible Health Plans (Plan Comparison Chart)

• Kaiser Permanente High Deductible Health Plan
• UnitedHealthcare Harmony High Deductible Health Plan

Designation of UnitedHealthcare Primary Care Physician 

If you are newly enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare HMO or HDHP plan, you will be automatically assigned to a Primary Care Physician (PCP) based on your zip code. 

If you would like to designate a preferred PCP, please contact UHC between December 16^th and December 20^th, 2024.
