Mental Health Services Act (MHSA)
Community Program Planning
Community Program Planning (CPP) provides a structured process that the County uses in partnership with stakeholders in determining how best to utilize funds that become available for the MHSA components.
CPP includes participation from the San Diego County Behavioral Health Advisory Board, System of Care Councils, as well as individuals, stakeholders, and organizations. Comments are submitted at Council meetings or through the MHSA comment/question line.
The CPP process is ongoing and the County encourages open dialogue to provide everyone with opportunities to have input of future planning. Stakeholders are encouraged to participate in the Behavioral Health Advisory Board and Council meetings and to contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" button located on the right.
