General Program Information

Mobile Home Parks and Recreational Vehicle Parks are regulated through the California Administrative Code, Title 25, referenced as the Mobile Home Parks Act and the Special Occupancy Parks Act. Program staff inspect mobile home parks and recreational vehicle parks in the unincorporated areas of the County.
